dntl School is a practical education platform focused on the business and marketing side of dentistry.

We have spent over a decade working closely with dental practices, from single chair start ups to established groups. Along the way, we have worked with some of the most thoughtful dentists and dental professionals in the industry. What we kept seeing was the same gap. People are well trained clinically, but much of what really shapes a career or a practice is learned slowly, often through trial and error.

dntl School exists to share that knowledge.

The platform brings together lessons from experienced dental professionals and operators, alongside our own perspective from working inside practices. The focus is on the things that are rarely covered in formal dental education. Pricing and profitability. Marketing decisions. Systems and structure. Patient communication. The small, nuanced choices that make a big difference over time.

This is not about shortcuts or hype. It is about giving people clearer thinking, better context, and practical insight they can apply to their own situation.
